Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week. Weekdays with occasional weekends and rotating holidays.

Patient population includes transplant recovery, rejection monitoring, infections, AKI, uncontrolled diabetes, and hepatology cases

Experience with telemetry monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and central line management
Requirements:
•
Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
•
BLS and ACLS certifications required
•
Minimum 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Stepdown/IMC) experience
•
Epic charting system experience required
•
Proficiency in telemetry, IV management, central line care, accessing/managing ports, and PICC line management
•
Skills in non-invasive airway management, nasal cannula, and IV insulin protocols
•
Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
•
2 professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)
•
Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
