Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

•

Triage and assess/reassess patients

•

Initiate IVs and draw labs

•

Perform EKGs

•

Train for lab procedures at each facility

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

•

2 years of ED experience

•

Experience with the Expanse EMR system

•

ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PAL, ENPC, and CPI/NICRSIS certifications
