Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, 4:1 patient ratio, 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule (Friday/Saturday nights). Float within organization required. Call coverage required.

Requirements:
•
Active Registered Nurse license (compact license or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
•
Minimum 1 year of progressive care or stepdown nursing experience
•
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
•
Graduation from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
•
Proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, telemetry monitoring, isolation precautions, oxygen administration, and peripheral line management
•
Ability to float to different units within the organization as needed
•
Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signature
•
Two professional references required (at least one from manager/director or formal supervisor)
•
Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
