Job Title: RN - Stepdown - Travel
Location: Bridgeport, WV
Pay: $2,761.20 weekly
Shifts: 12 hr nights, weekends as scheduled
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specialized in Stepdown nursing for a travel assignment in Bridgeport, WV. This acute care role involves working in an 18-bed Intermediate Care Unit (IMU) with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3, providing care to patients with complex needs such as post-MI with sheath pull, postoperative vascular conditions, GI bleeds, and DKA. The environment includes the usage of telemetry and titration of drips, under the supervision of a Charge Nurse.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel
•
Care for typical stepdown type patients with conditions like post-MI, ADHS, post-op vascular, GI bleed, and DKA
•
Titrate drips including Nitroglycerine, Neo, and Cardene
•
Monitor telemetry and read patient strips
•
Assist with respiratory equipment such as BiPap and Cpap
•
Collaborate with the healthcare team under the guidance of Charge Nurse and House Supervisor
•
Adhere to the unit's dress code and participate in scheduled rotations
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel
•
Active RN license in the state of West Virginia
•
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
•
Experience in stepdown unit dealing with titratable drips
•
Familiarity with EPIC charting system
•
Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled
