Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR Operating Room
•
Perform scrubbing duties required for surgical procedures
•
Collaborate with a team of surgical techs and CNAs to ensure efficient operation turnover
•
Handle a variety of cases across several specialties like general, GYN, urology, and more
•
Contribute to maintaining the integrity of the sterile field
•
Respond to the call approximately once per week and during assigned weekends
Requirements of the RN - OR Operating Room
•
Active RN license in Illinois
•
BLS certification required (AHA)
•
Minimum of 3 years of OR nursing experience
•
Experience with scrubbing in an OR setting
