Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

•

Triage of obstetrical patients

•

Monitor and interpret fetal heart rates

•

Circulate and recover C-section cases

•

Administer medications and manage IV drips

•

Assist with vaginal deliveries

•

Provide postpartum care and education to parents

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

•

Current NY RN License

•

Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience

•

BLS, NRP, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, FHMSkills certifications

•

Experience with Allscripts EMR system preferred
