Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
•
Manage a patient ratio of 5:1 in a 10-bed unit
•
Handle admissions for general medical and surgical patients
•
Ensure clear communication and independent management of patient care
•
Adapt quickly to a rapidly turning over patient load
•
Provide care in adherence with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
•
Active RN License with Nursys verification
•
BLS and ACLS certifications required
•
Minimum 2 years of experience in Med/Surg specialty
•
Comprehensive work history with no gaps greater than 60 days
•
