Key Responsibilities of the Med/Surg-Tele RN

Provide high-quality care to medical and surgical patients
•
Manage patient load with a 5:1 ratio in a 10-bed rapid admission unit
•
Effectively communicate and work independently
•
Prepare and assist patients awaiting surgery
Requirements of the Med/Surg-Tele RN
•
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
•
Minimum 2 years of experience in med/surg specialty
•
Proven ability to work independently and manage a rapid admission unit
•
