Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse – Ohio

Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, every other weekend (Friday and Saturday nights). Float required within the facility system as needed.

Specialized unit environment requiring security clearance access
Requirements:
•
Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
•
Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in specialty (must be current and consistent within last 12 months)
•
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
•
Previous telemetry and cardiac monitoring experience mandatory
•
Demonstrated experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips
•
Strong dysrhythmia interpretation skills
•
Proficiency in IV insertion and peripheral line management
•
Experience with isolation precautions and PPE protocols
•
Nursing education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
•
2 professional references required (at least 1 from manager/director or formal leadership)
•
Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing
•
Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
