Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR
•
Provide perioperative care for diverse surgical patients, including vascular, orthopedic, and robotic procedures
•
Utilize circulating experience and manage Foley catheters and chest tubes
•
Handle AED equipment and other unit-specific technology
•
Participate in orientation and floating to relieve staff for breaks
•
Fulfill on-call duties with a 40-minute response requirement
Requirements of the RN - OR
•
Active RN license with BLS certification
•
Minimum 2 years of operating room experience
•
Proficiency in robotic and various surgical procedures preferred
