Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a travel assignment in Akron, OH. This role requires proficiency in neonatal care workups, medication administration, and an ability to manage varying patient ratios within a dynamic 17-bed L&D and perinatal unit. The environment is fast-paced with an average of one delivery per day.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery - Travel
•
Provide neonatal care workups for sepsis
•
Administer neonatal IV antibiotics and medications
•
Manage patient ratios of 1:1/2 for L&D and 1:3-4 for perinatal, depending on acuity
•
Float between Labor & Delivery and Perinatal units as required
Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery - Travel
•
ACLS, BLS, NRP, EFM certifications required; PALS and STABLE preferred
•
A minimum of 2 years of L&D experience
•
Epic and phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months
•
Accredited nursing degree through the ACEN or CCNE
•
Willingness to float and adhere to scheduling guidelines
