Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

•

Effectively manage time to ensure timely patient care

•

Apply critical thinking to assess and monitor patient conditions

•

Conduct procedures such as feeding tube placement

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Valid ACLS and BLS certifications

•

Proficient with EPIC EMR system

•

Experience in managing a patient ratio of 4:1
