Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN), Adult Surgical Unit – Wisconsin

Location: Janesville, Wisconsin

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Requirements:
•
Active Wisconsin RN License
•
Current NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
•
Current CPR/BLS certification
•
Experienced RN candidates preferred
•
Education verification required
•
Ability to work night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
Essential Responsibilities:
•
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
•
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing standards and state regulations
•
Develop and execute individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team
•
Provide accurate and timely documentation according to standards of care
•
Offer patient and family education and instruction
•
Demonstrate clinical expertise and provide guidance to support patient care across departments
•
Prioritize patient safety and experience, escalating concerns through appropriate channels
