About the Position

Location: Canton, SD Type: Travel Schedule: 5x8 Rotating Time: 13 Weeks Job Title: LPN/LVN - Long Term Care - Travel Location: Canton, SD Pay: $1,890.80 weekly Shifts: Combination of Day/Eve (6a-2p/6a-6p, Eve 2p-10p); every other weekend and holiday Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN specializing in Long Term Care for a travel assignment in Canton, SD. Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care - Travel

•

Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents with a variety of diagnoses.

•

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using the PCC EMR system.

•

Collaborate with a healthcare team and participate in resident care planning and assessment.

•

Manage medication administration and maintain compliance with care standards.

•

Participate in building orientation and execute tasks safely using lifts.

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care - Travel

•

Current LPN/LVN license

•

BLS Certification

•

Experience in long-term care facilities is preferred
