About the Position

Location: Monroe, NC Type: Travel Schedule: 3x12 Days Time: 13 Weeks Job Title: RN - Hospice - Travel Location: Monroe, NC Pay: $1,910.16 weekly Shifts: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN - Hospice for a travel assignment in Monroe, NC. This role involves providing hospice homecare, primarily handling a caseload of 12-15 patients, with an average of 5 visits per day. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Hospice - Travel

•

Provide end-of-life care to adult and geriatric patients

•

Handle caseload of 12-15 patients with approximately 5 visits per day

•

Manage all aspects of the hospice experience including wound care and medication administration

•

Utilize EMR systems like HCHB and manage Pleurx drains

•

Coordinate with support teams including Home Care aids and Triage RNs

Requirements of the RN - Hospice - Travel

•

3 years minimum hospice experience, home or inpatient

•

BLS certification

•

Driver's License, personal vehicle, and car insurance

•

Experience with HomeCare/HomeBase EMR preferred
