Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
•
Provide post-op care for surgical patients
•
Manage wound care and dressing changes
•
Administer IV therapy and pain management
•
Manage drains, NGs, central lines, and TPN
•
Coordinate with the healthcare team and ensure patient comfort and safety
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
•
Active IL license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
•
Experience in post-op care and strong critical thinking skills
•
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player with good bedside manner
