Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 or 48 hours per week (three 12-hour or four 12-hour shifts), every other weekend required

Care for a diverse adult patient population including post-operative transplant patients and cardiac monitoring patients ranging from uncomplicated to sub-critical acuity

Patient ratio of 1:5 with every bed equipped for cardiac monitoring capabilities
•
Utilize Cerner electronic medical record system with support from IV teams
•
Flexible contract options: choose between 36-hour or 48-hour weekly commitments based on your preference

First-time travelers welcome; orientation provided every other week with comprehensive onboarding support

Requirements:
•
Active West Virginia or Compact RN license (pending licenses accepted for submission)
•
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
•
At least 1 year of medical-surgical and/or telemetry experience
•
Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
•
Two manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years
•
Permanent address at least 75 miles from the facility location
•
Willingness to float within scope of practice to like units as needed
•
Flu vaccination required during flu season (October 1 – March 31) unless medical exemption provided
•
Experience with central line draws, chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, and drips including Cardizem, Nitroglycerin, Amiodarone, and Heparin
