Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a home health setting

•

Administer medications and monitor patients' conditions

•

Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention

•

Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

Current RN license in the state of Georgia

•

Experience in Neuro Critical Care

•

Willingness to work three weekend shifts
