Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit
•
Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients
•
Operate specialized equipment, including balloon pumps, CRRT, and Impella
•
Manage ICP monitoring and TTM management
•
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
•
Potential floating to units such as ED, Stepdown, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health
Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit
•
Active NH or Compact RN license required
•
BLS & ACLS certifications mandatory
•
Preferred certifications: TNCC, PALS, CCRN
•
Minimum 2-3 years of ICU experience; CVICU experience preferred
•
Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred
•
Drivers license with matching address to demographics
