Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel
•
Provide comprehensive care for patients with neuro, cardiac, trauma, and respiratory conditions
•
Utilize and manage specialty equipment such as temp pacers, chest tubes, A-lines, and BiPap devices
•
Collaborate with respiratory therapists to assist patients on chronic ventilators
•
Perform assessments and develop care plans for patients aged 18 years and older
•
Ensure documentation in EPIC EMR system is accurate and updated
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel
•
2+ years of experience in IMCU/PCU with documented travel experience
•
Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification
•
Active NY RN license and verification of all RN licenses via NURSYS Report
•
Experience using EPIC EMR system
