Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

•

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a med-surg setting

•

Adapt to float between Concord Hospital and affiliated locations as needed

•

Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

•

Document all patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

•

Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission

•

Minimum of 2 years med-surg experience, critical care RN experience is a plus

•

Preferred EMR experience: Cerner

•

Valid driver's license with matching address

•

Submission of NURSYS Report and license verification
