About the Position

Title: RN - IR Duration: 13 weeks Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642 Start Date: 10/26/2026 Schedule: Day Shift 4x10-Hour 40hours/week

Shift: 4x10-hour shifts

Hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule: D/E

Weekends/Holidays: Per unit needs

On-Call: Per unit needs

Patient Population: Adult inpatient & outpatient

Experience: 1 year recent IR experience required

License: NYS RN License required

Required Certifications:

BLS

ACLS

Required Experience:

Telemetry experience

Interventional Radiology experience

Responsibilities:

Pre-procedure patient preparation

Intra-procedure monitoring

Post-procedure recovery, including PACU and 23-hour extended stay

Care for patients undergoing biopsies, embolizations, ablations, angiography, drain placements, and other image-guided procedures

Support critical embolization response for trauma patients

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment

Additional: Hospital-issued and laundered scrub pants/tops required in procedural areas, along with other infection-prevention measures.

Question 5 Is the candidate aware of the D/N rotating shifts? Question 6 Does this candidate have EPIC experience in the same area/specialty within the last year? Question 7 Please list the name that your candidate is licensed under as a NYS Professional Nurse Question 8 Is HCP able to obtain TB skin test? #TB_RN
