License: Current license as a Registered Nurse. Certifications: Evidence of current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will occasionally lift, transfer, or push a patient and must demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Potential exposure to blood and body fluids is a factor. Employees must adhere to all confidentiality regulations as specified. The role involves handling emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner. Accurate and continued nursing documentation is essential, including patient histories, conditions, treatments, responses, and assessments of changes. Candidates must maintain current knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on the clinical condition of the patient. Meeting documentation and competency requirements as outlined by regulatory agencies is crucial. The role requires the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret it to identify age-specific needs. Candidates should possess the ability to monitor hemodynamic status of patients and interpret results accurately.
