This role focuses on providing critical care and support in a fast-paced environment, requiring expertise in emergency response and monitoring. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

•

Provide proficient care in emergency response procedures

•

Perform POC lab and manage trauma cases

•

Administer large bore IVs, blood cultures, and triage

•

Ensure effective patient monitoring and documentation within Meditech EMR

•

Collaborate with a team to deliver patient-centered care

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

•

2 years FSED/ED experience

•

BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIHSS, CPI certifications

•

Proficiency with trauma equipment and emergency protocols
