Location: Weston, WI
Pay: $2,761.20 weekly
Shifts: 12-hour variable days and nights, primarily days

This role involves working in an acute care setting, providing care for labor, delivery, postpartum patients, and special care nursery babies. The position offers a supportive and dynamic environment with self-scheduling and mostly day shifts available.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery
•
Provide comprehensive care for labor and postpartum patients
•
Assist with vaginal births, c-sections, and inductions
•
Manage epidurals and IV medications to induce labor
•
Collaborate with OB/Neonatologists and other in-house staff
•
Float to other units as needed, providing support without assuming full patient loads
•
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while providing high-quality care
Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery
•
BLS and NRP certifications
•
Experience with LDRP and managing c-sections
•
Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
•
Must not take on charge nurse responsibilities
