Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, NICU – North Dakota

Schedule: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, including every other weekend
Highlights:

Level IV NICU accredited by the American Academy of Pediatrics with 40-bed capacity
•
Care for critical and intermediate neonates with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 for critical patients, and 1:3 for growing/feeding infants
•
Work with advanced equipment including conventional and high-frequency ventilators, nitric oxide, cool cap therapy, and sophisticated monitoring systems
•
Epic (OneChart) electronic medical record system with comprehensive training provided
•
Opportunity to work with PICC lines, umbilical lines, CPAP, and various neonatal support systems
•
Float opportunities to PICU and Pediatrics units for diverse clinical experience
Requirements:
•
Active North Dakota RN license or Compact RN license (willingness to obtain ND license required)
•
Minimum 2 years of Level IV NICU nursing experience
•
Current BLS certification through American Heart Association
•
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
•
Demonstrated competency administering medications through PICC lines
•
Ability and willingness to float to PICU and Pediatrics units
•
Epic experience highly preferred
•
Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility
