Description: The Registered Nurse implements professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person. Implementing patient care therapies and procedures with empowerment and clinical autonomy. Explaining procedures and treatments to patients and families. Conducting ongoing assessments and documenting responses to procedures according to hospital policy. Setting priorities for the care of multiple patients and organizing workloads efficiently.
