Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, LTAC Medical-Surgical / Telemetry – South Carolina

Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Every other weekend required, with additional weekends based on unit needs. 24-hour orientation provided.
Highlights:

Long-term acute care (LTAC) setting focused on medical-surgical and telemetry patients

Patient ratio of 5:1 across all shifts

Epic electronic medical record system; minimum 1 year Epic experience required

Omnicell medication management system
•
Interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, radiology, and social services
•
Floating required based on census and unit operational needs
Requirements:
•
Active South Carolina RN license
•
Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
•
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in LTAC Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, or Progressive Care Unit settings
•
At least 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
•
First-time travelers considered based on clinical experience
•
Charge experience preferred
•
Current flu vaccination required (no exemptions available)
•
Must meet distance requirements for travel positions (typically 50-100+ miles from facility locations)
