Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry
•
Manage and monitor patients requiring telemetry
•
Administer vasoactive drips under guidance
•
Perform central line or PICC line placements
•
Conduct bedside shift reports and hourly rounding
•
Participate in daily leadership rounds
Requirements of the RN - Telemetry
•
BLS and ACLS certifications
•
Advanced assessment and critical thinking skills
•
Experience with BiPAP and Heated High-Flow Nasal Cannulas
•
Proficiency in using Alaris IV pumps and Kangaroo Feeding Pumps
•
Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
