Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

•

Deliver high-quality nursing care within a Level II trauma center

•

Maintain patient ratios typically of 4:1 in medical and up to 7:1 in behavioral holds

•

Collaborate with techs, unit clerks, and triage teams effectively

•

Utilize Cerner documentation system

•

Adhere to scheduling requirements and department guidelines

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

•

2 years' experience as a nurse, with at least 1 year in an ER setting

•

ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC certifications required prior to role submission

•

Teamwork mentality and flexibility to work in all areas of the ED
