Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU

•

Manage cardiovascular, respiratory, neuro, and GI conditions, including titration of drips and ventilator management

•

Administer and monitor a variety of complex medical procedures and equipment

•

Assess and respond to emergency situations with precision

•

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care

•

Float to med/surg units as required

Requirements of the RN - ICU

•

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications

•

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting

•

EPIC charting system experience required

•

New York state license in hand

•

Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:3 with experience
