Job Opportunity – Electrophysiology (EP) Lab RN – Ohio
Start Date: November 16, 2026 (ASAP start preferred)

Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Call requirements include one week of weekday call every two months (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM following regular shift) and one weekend of 24-hour call every two months. Call volume is typically low, with most call-ins for pacemaker cases averaging approximately 2 hours.

Perform highly specialized procedures including cardiac ablations, device implantations, pacemaker/defibrillator lead extraction, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) closure, and advanced EP studies

Collaborate with world-renowned electrophysiologists using state-of-the-art mapping systems and the latest cardiology technologies
•
Epic EMR system in a 6-bed unit with daily census of approximately 22 patients
•
First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of experience
•
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
Requirements:
•
Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
•
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing, Biology, or Chemistry from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
•
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
•
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
•
Electrophysiology (EP) Lab experience and Epic charting system proficiency required
•
Experience with cardiac procedures including ablations, mapping, cardioversion, device insertion/programming, and vascular closure systems preferred
•
2 professional references required (at least 1 from a manager/director or formal leadership role)
•
Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
