About the Position

Location: Parkersburg, WV Type: Travel Schedule: 3x12 nights Time: 13 Weeks Job Title: RN - Med Surg - Travel Location: Parkersburg, WV Pay: $2,598.84 weekly Shifts: 12 hr nights, weekends as scheduled Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Parkersburg, WV. This role requires working primarily in an acute care setting within a 1E - MedSurg/Infectious Disease unit, which consists of 18 private rooms dedicated to infectious disease management. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

•

Provide nursing care to patients with various infectious diseases, including COVID, MRSA, and C-Diff

•

Utilize EPIC system for charting and documentation

•

Administer Heparin and other typical MedSurg IV medications and antibiotics

•

Work closely with charge nurses and collaborate with other healthcare professionals

•

Float to other MedSurg units as needed, with assignment based on skillset

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

•

Valid RN license

•

BLS (AHA) certification

•

Strong knowledge in MedSurg, infectious disease protocols, and isolation precautions

•

Travel nursing experience

•

EPIC experience required
