Job Title: RN - Home Health - Travel
Location: Lebanon, PA
Pay: $2,526.40 per week
Shifts: 40 hrs, 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday, every 4th weekend

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
•
Conduct admission assessments and manage case documentation
•
Coordinate healthcare services and manage medication administration
•
Perform clinical assessments, monitoring, and care, including wound and catheter management
•
Provide infection control precautions and manage home health hospice care
•
Conduct patient education on safety and procedure management
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
•
ASN or BSN, active BLS certification
•
Minimum of 2 years of experience, including previous charge experience
•
Experience with EPIC charting system
•
Travel experience required
•
OASIS certification required
