Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel
•
Float across multiple units, mainly 6N and 7N, with occasional assignments to 4N, 5S, 6S, and Critical Care
•
Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6, adjusting based on acuity
•
Read and interpret cardiac rhythm strips
•
Provide care for patients with CHF, cardiac cath, CP, pneumonia, chronic renal disease, COPD, Ortho, and Oncology
•
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and follow established care plans
Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel
•
Valid RN license in Bridgeport, WV
•
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
•
Successful completion of a cardiac rhythm exam
•
Experience in telemetry settings
