Pay: $2,653.20 weekly
Shifts: 12 hr night/day rotate, weekends as scheduled, 48 hr gte
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic Intermediate Care Unit in Wheeling, WV. This travel assignment involves providing top-notch care in a 30-bed unit aiming for a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel
•
Monitor and administer medications, including the ability to titrate various drips as required
•
Interpret and monitor patient telemetry and manage Telemetry equipment
•
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care and treatment plans
•
Participate in floating to Tele or MedSurg units as needed
•
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using the Epic charting system
•
Facilitate continuity of care by communicating with physicians and clinical team members
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel
•
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with eligibility to work
•
ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
•
Experience in a stepdown or intermediate care unit preferred
