This role requires a skilled nurse with a strong background in stepdown care, trauma post-surgical, and tele units. Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

•

Administer care to patients with mixed acuity, including trauma post-surgical patients

•

Manage blood administration, skeletal and bucks traction, and wound care

•

Conduct Med Surg Stepdown level of care with expertise

•

Handle high flow, stable bipap, and insulin gtt

•

Be comfortable floating to mixed acuity units as required

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

•

Active RN license

•

BLS and NIHSS certifications

•

Minimum of 2 years STAC experience

•

Experience in stepdown, tele, or higher level of care beyond MedSurg
