Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

•

Provide post-surgical care for adult patients

•

Manage common diagnoses: abdominal pain, cholelithiasis, osteoarthritis, fractures, and more

•

Utilize specialty equipment such as IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes

•

Float between units as required

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

•

Current AHA BLS certification

•

Active NY RN license with verification on NURSYS

•

2+ years of Med Surg experience including travel experience

•

Proficient in using EPIC EMR
