This role requires a nurse with circulating experience and a strong background in managing a variety of surgical cases, including vascular, neuro, and robotics. Key Responsibilities of the Operating Room Registered Nurse

•

Provide circulating duties during surgical procedures

•

Manage Foley catheter, chest tubes, and AED operations

•

Collaborate with the surgical team and support staff to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency

•

Utilize advanced technology and equipment, including Cerner EMR and Omnicell medication dispensing systems

•

Potentially assist with lunch cover for colleagues within the OR

Requirements of the Operating Room Registered Nurse

•

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OR RN

•

Current BLS certification

•

Proficiency in vascular, neuro, thoracic, robotics, and other specified surgical areas

•

Experience with Cerner EMR and Plum IV pump preferred
