About the Position

Title: Registered Nurse - MICU Duration: 13 weeks Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, NY 14642 Schedule: Floating Shift 3x12s 36Hours/week

Schedule: D/E/N rotating shifts

Weekend: Every Other Weekend (EOW)

Additional: Holidays, On-Call, Callback & Charge as needed

License: NY RN License ONLY

Experience: 2+ years ICU acute care experience

•

ICU Areas: MICU, SICU, Respiratory Special Care, Surgical Progressive Care

•

Certifications: BLS (AHA only), ACLS (AHA only), NIHSS

•

Key Requirement: Must be able to float to ICU units with the greatest staffing needs

•

Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, organization & current critical-care knowledge

Skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Move RN License (currently ANY RN License is accepted in the State of NY) Required BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Required ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY) Required RN with ICU experience. strong critical thinking, communication and organizational skills and ability to remain current in knowledge of critical care Required Two (2) Years Experience Required 2 Years NIHSS Required Questions: Question 1 When can this candidate start their assignment at SMH?
