Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

•

Provide direct patient care based on patient needs and unit policies

•

Maintain a 1:4 patient ratio ensuring high-quality care

•

Utilize GE monitors, Lifepaks, Baxter IV pumps, and more

•

Collaborate with healthcare team to manage patient care efficiently

•

Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

•

Current RN license

•

BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH certifications

•

Experience in an emergency care setting
