Key Responsibilities of the OR RN

•

Utilize strong critical-thinking skills while adapting to available resources

•

Apply a well-rounded clinical approach to deliver quality patient care

•

Ensure accurate interpretation and management of telemetry strips

•

Float as required by facility needs

Requirements of the OR RN

•

Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience, with strong orthopedic experience required

•

Must hold a valid NY State license or have applied for one

•

ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory

•

Must pass a telemetry test, with two attempts allowed
