You must have an active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license, an Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and at least 2 years of recent behavioral health experience, including work within the last year. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certifications are required. Experience in an acute care setting is needed. Skills in psychiatric medication management, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management are important for this role.
