Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting within an acute care environment.
Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs as required.
Utilize Epic for clinical documentation and charting.
Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as scheduled.
Maintain compliance with all required certifications, including ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate.
Required Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission — pending licenses not accepted.
Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience required.
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate.
Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered.
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted.
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital or Level IV Trauma setting.
Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system.
Comfort working in a variable schedule environment, including willingness to float to sister facilities nearby.

Expected weekly hours of 60 per two-week period, with the possibility of one 12-hour shift call-off per two-week period.
