Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Management

Participate in the readmission initiative in the Emergency Department
•
Function effectively as a core staff within units
•
Coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions for patients
•
Float to other sister campuses as required
Requirements of the RN - Case Management
•
2 years of Case Management experience required
•
Acute care experience required
•
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
•
Prior travel experience required
•
FL/Compact nursing license required (recent Nursys must be on profile)
•
Degree accreditation must be on profile or 5 years of experience
