Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery
•
Provide comprehensive care to patients in a 24-bed OB Maternal and Nursery unit
•
Manage patient ratios of Labor 1 to 2:1 and Postpartum 3 to 4:1
•
Administer and monitor patients using Epic EMR
•
Participate in floating to other sister campuses as required
•
Fulfill a call requirement of 12 hours per calendar month
Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery
•
2 years of LDRP experience
•
BLS, ACLS, & NRP certifications
•
EMR proficiency with Epic
