Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

•

Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with dementia, diabetes, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease

•

Assist with activities of daily living for patients

•

Document patient information meticulously using Point Click Care (PCC) system

•

Manage care for 1:22 patient ratio efficiently

•

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

•

Valid RN license

•

BLS Certification

•

Experience in long-term care settings
