Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

•

Provide high-quality care to laboring mothers and newborns

•

Manage labor and delivery patient ratios such as 1:1 active labor and 1:3-4 couplets

•

Utilize the EPIC charting system effectively

•

Conduct assessments and implement critical care plans

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

•

Valid RN license

•

Certifications in BLS, NRP, and FHM

•

Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience

•

Level 3 OB experience preferred
