Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

•

Manage and monitor patients in a MedSurg Stepdown setting

•

Titrate drips as required

•

Interpret and respond to telemetry readings

•

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including RT and Tele techs

•

Uphold patient safety and quality standards

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

•

Current RN license

•

BLS Certification

•

Proficiency in reading and interpreting telemetry strips
