Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR Operating Room

•

Provide expert nursing care in a surgical setting

•

Assist in a variety of surgical procedures including general, GYN, urology, and orthopedic surgeries

•

Scrub and circulate as needed

•

Collaborate with the surgical team and support staff

•

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and hospital policies

Requirements of the RN - OR Operating Room

•

Current RN license in Illinois or active application

•

BLS and ACLS certifications required

•

Minimum 2 years of OR experience; orthopedic surgery experience preferred

•

Ability to produce a negative drug screen for all panels
